Meet the doctor
Mona Patel, DMD
Dr. Patel is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society. Dr. Patel loves to travel and learn about different cultures. In her free time, you will find her obsessing over her dog, Mamba (named after Kobe Bryant). She also enjoys cooking at home with her husband; although she states he does most of the cooking and she is the designated sous chef. She has recently picked up an interest in Pickleball, however, she says she is still a little rusty at it. If you have any tips and tricks on improving her Pickleball skills, she would love to discuss them at your next appointment!
Experience
In addition to the dental education and licensing already achieved, Dr. Patel invests in continuing education for herself and her staff. She is an adamant believer in continuing education classes to improve upon existing knowledge, refine techniques, and ensure her patients are getting the best comprehensive care possible using the most recent methods and technological advancement in the industry. A few fields in dentistry she has certifications in include Implant placement, Implant placement for single or multiple teeth replacement, Implant placement for implant retained dentures, Implant restoration, Botox® application, Dermal Filler application, Frontline TMJ and Facial Pain Therapy, and Invisalign®.
